1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic locations
  • Selected international destinations (availability may vary)

If your country or region is not available at checkout, shipping is currently not supported to that location.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Pureion is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed:

  • Please contact us with your order number
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate

Pureion is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged package and product

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
