Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed due to potential carrier delays.

  • Weight of your order

  • Shipping method selected

We sometimes offer free shipping promotions, which will appear automatically at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days, please contact us.


5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after being marked as delivered by the courier.

If your package is lost or delayed:

If your order arrives damaged:

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    We will assist you with a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
