1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons), if applicable

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

After your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or replacement items.
To process an exchange, contact us first. Once approved, send back the original item, and we will ship the replacement.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may return the item once received.
